Elad Gross

The job description of the Missouri State Attorney General is “[…] to serve as the People’s lawyer, fighting for openness and justice, especially for those who have no voice.”  Elad Gross served as an assistant Attorney General under Chris Koster (2009-2017), so his policies and priorities conform to the statement above and he is ready to go on day one.

When Missourians pass Amendment 3 in November, Elad will be an Attorney General making sure it becomes state law. Current AG Andrew Bailey will do everything in his power to keep women’s healthcare in the dark ages. If you want reproductive rights restored in Missouri, vote for Amendment 3, but also vote for an Attorney General who will make sure it gets implemented – that is Elad Gross.

Elad will staff a Consumer Protection Department to sue predator scammers trying to fleece Missourians. Everyone has heard of, or knows of, people whose bank accounts have been emptied by fake pay-pal emails and gift card phone scams. Current AG Andrew Bailey likes to sue, but not to protect your interests. If you want your financials protected, vote for an AG whose priorities lie with ordinary Missourians – Elad Gross.

Other protections include a Conservation Section to benefit Missourians by fighting for clean air, water, and land. If you’re frustrated by disasters such as Coldwater Creek and how Big Ag is destroying the water you drink, the air you breathe, not to mention the value of your home, vote for an AG who cares about protecting the environment – Elad Gross.

Elad will bring back a Civil Rights Division to protect ordinary people from discrimination by gender, race, religious beliefs, etc. If you care about the rule of law being applied equally for everyone, vote for an AG who will make that happen – Elad Gross.

Elad will prioritize Violent Crime Prevention by working with county prosecutors and law enforcement across the state. If you care about law and order, vote for someone who shares that commitment – Elad Gross.

The AG’s office needs a Public Corruption Unit. With currently elected officials accepting money from questionable sources to do questionable things, this unit would investigate, expose, and if need be, prosecute. If you want an Attorney General doing what an Attorney General is elected to do, vote for someone who believes that the people of Missouri come first – Elad Gross.

As we all know, Jefferson City has gone completely dysfunctional with Freedom Caucus/MAGA infused infighting and publicity-grabbing stunts particularly in the AG’s office. The list of Andrew Bailey’s egregious misdeeds grows longer every day (see the St. Louis Post Dispatch’s Bailey’s Tally). While most of Bailey’s stunts have failed spectacularly, remember that he is using your tax-payer money to achieve this notoriety. Bailey was never elected by the people of Missouri, nor should he ever be (he was appointed by the governor). Why would anyone give him a full term to continue his destructive path?

Elad Gross is a life-long St. Louisan. He received his law degree from Wash U and is a civil rights and government transparency attorney. He has earned a reputation arguing Sunshine Law cases, exposing the murky, messy, hidden agendas of those who want to keep their secrets in the dark.

Remember, no republican will help you, but Democrats always fight for ordinary people. Vote for Elad Gross – Attorney General.
